Why do I get angry? Why do I not hesitate Before I let out a curse? That old why, can be troublesome. Never the less I go on. Life has a way of changing The situation you are in Rather quickly, so don't get upset. Tomorrow thingss will have A new face and new thoughts To go with it. Just remember New day, new thoughts, new you.

Good advice. But anger is a natural emotion and sometimes it has to be expressed. Repressed anger can have terrible consequences. But anger that is unnecessary should be tempered by your thoughts today.
