There are times I have to chase a thought

Through this befuddled mind of mine.

You klnow the feeling when it occurs,

It happens to most of us, at one time or another.

Imagine you are on a stage

And looking out at the audience

You see a myriad of faces

Waiting for you next move.

A good comedian knows when to pull

The plug and get himself out of this rut.

He always will make fun of himself

Or do something unexpected. for a laugh.
