There are times in life when uyou need a hand,

Yesterday was one of those days for me,

I fell in my bed room and my son could not lift me.

He called the Fire Dept and they referred him to the Police Dept.

Two officers showed up and had me on my feet quickly.

They brought me over to a chair and there I sat all day.

I can't thank the Police Dept snough for their prompt arrival

And assistance in getting me up and sitting again.
