 I was in love

When time was then

Actually, ‘twas just yesterday

Sad to say it had to end

I was in love

Not just for jest

Lo, the heart I lost again was

Open, true , beating, blue

Veins of gold, I’d sing for you

Eyeing flight, this bird resumes.

Has-beens and coffee get together to recreate a same old new tourist trap in a land even the First Nations don't want.
