One Hundred Percent
Ninety-nine percent,
I said was fine
I’m having fun
I didn’t mind
No, that just won’t do
You said to me
Repeatedly
That’s not enough
I need a clue
Tell me what is good for you
I laughed, you smiled
We kissed a while
Approaching soon
The miracle mile.
Up and down, crossways too
Circular then something new
Closer still, holding tight
I think I just might see the light.
Inevitably it just came
Your efforts and your careful aim
Collapsing in your warm decent
I cried out loud, one hundred percent!
