Willow bends to need and want

Lovesick in willow bend as I sigh

Bend my heart watch it cry

Band or years count a please in a breeze cool and real

Land as for the score of angels holding me a call in a sea foaming past

Grief stands as strong as the song waiting on my lips failing in drunken stupor

Relief sails on by in arms that hold the dreams as they die

Slope rides the pride of devils waking by dew bending willow need

Hope is in her emerald green eyes a sigh heard in a lie kissed long and hard

Cold fares slide into a pool of reaching fate skipping past reality dead

Fold those hands as the wheel moves past alley on a fence taking life

Bring a tripping son to fight a losing pitch in salvation given

Spring lends a back to the wall pleading for remorse life stagnant fails

Low as time questioning place and purpose seeing only love lent

Slow is the winding ale dripping cool on a fire drenched heart bleeding

Air comes in breath lent to be a willow bending to hide you then me

Fair we pause at the bridges we have burning in front and behind

Rage echoes into the street of storms fleeting smiles given free

Cage of gold holds the youth freely in the ice-cold arms of age wasted

Wake in silk and satin live in the page of hunger left never met on a fleeting stage

Break in thunder leads a body on an altar to be taken as the dollars come in earnest

Hearth is the brethren of a please seated wisdom dreaded but needed to grace faces

Birth aches as the baby feeds on the breast of earth suckling deceased by ice age

Times travel in glaze covered intentions on a quest of love in passion left bold

Wait trips into he misery of mercy granted ugly but true as the wall comes in on body holding

Frail as the willing hands of youth seeking experience taken and given freely to resolve want

Flame trips up rough and mouthy hate given in a place of final exposure

Stroke of hair given and taken in strings seeking a place to live

Smoke covers the sins granted in body and mind shared and taken

Say Something Terrorible v3 by RickthePoetWarrior

My mom says ‘If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything’. Sorry mom but under the guise of poetic license I penned these beauties.
