Is it my eyes, Touch, stories, How I hold you While we sleep That makes you take wild wing
Or is it something more, perhaps A wild desire for overdue migration?
It’s a long way to fly, just for me Other times, places, people to see I’m not worth much attention Yet, I won’t hold you back. I can’t. Insistent patience must be rewarded.
