Most of us will never have, nor ever by any twist of fate, go to a watery grave. God spared me from that fate a few times. I sincerely hope to be consumed by the land or fly upon the breeze. Of course when we die we may not care what happens to the moldering meat that was our worldly body. I liked your lines. Bob

Those who live by the sea, most certainly will die by the sea, whether violently or not.

I worked in the Gulf of Mexico for many years. Rode out numerous hurricanes. Rescued workers on oil rigs and platforms. No, it surely wasn't a piece of cake. But when I took my fourteen days off I have never been so scared as when I was driving through rush hour traffic in New Orleans.
