APR 252018 HAIKU OF GOODBYE galactic-castle HAIKU OF GOODBYE The galaxy shines. In awe of the human race. It makes my heart race. I cannot see far. But I know what is right here. It's not far from here. Heaven covers us. Protects above and below. To it, I must go. Goodbye to my friends. Time has come to abrupt end. I shine for each friend.

Thanks, John. This set of poems are my first attempt. I've been researching haikus, and I just read that they aren't supposed to rhyme. So, I'm back to the drawing board. But they are fun to write.
