An imagistic poem...

Surrounded by voluptuous

dreams of orchards

floating with apple blossoms

I want to dream

only of your breasts

and their pure pools of sweat

under cascades of sky

flowing beneath your thighs

where there are nests of birds

and undiscovered flowers

dwelling in landscapes

of shadows and stars

as our lips quiver to sunrise

over the moist earth

our hearts to hunger

for dawn to dissolve us

into pure air of morning
