Mother where are you!
This was not what you told me in your tummy
How come the world so hot!
Mother! Look at the headless body on the street
And you could not wait to see it all
Do you set me a trap, by sending me to the world?
The land of milk and honey so i heard
What has happened to them, it looks like hell.
Mother, look at that child that looks like a maggot
Does he come to the world without a guardian?
Was he born to be poor and rot?
Please wake up and answer my question
What happened to your forehead?
What did the doctor removed inside
Cos they only talk about guns
Which i do not know how it looks
When are you going to germinate
From the sand you were sowed?
Are you going to produce good fruit?
Cos i saw them covering you with white cloth
Oh mother!, you told me the world is filled with milk
You convince me that the life is a river flow with honey
Now that i came to see how it looks
Then you close your eyes and bade me farewell
You told me the milk in the land is endless
You told me the honey on earth is sweet and
medicinal
But it seem the bees are dying
And the milk is getting sour.
