the music is thick and heavy…loud

like a mother’s heartbeat

all there is

rhythms to savage the soothing breast

loud… louder than the sun

dawn dances on the edge… dizzy

laid down

from beyond voiceless horizons

echoes shout

trying to be heard

the music drowns me…i hear only waves

one upon the next

their crashing rhythms

are all there is
