Just another love poem. I'm a hopeless romantic.

Whispers in the moonlight Awaken me again I don't believe it was the wind For I know that it was you Calling me And it would not be the first time. For so long, long ago We sat beneath moonglow And denied our love so shrewdly. But we both knew it was lies Just from the moonlight from the skies Giving away the true reflections That were cast upon our faces. Whispers in the moonlight The stars so brightly shone Now we are both alone Listening and believing that we still hear Whispers in the moonlight.
