Life is a mixture of all sorts of things.

Have you ever been breathless, have you ever just stared and lost yourself. It’s like you’re in another world and the rules of this one don’t apply.

Time moves on without you, yet you’re able to see the beauty in each moment, the perfection in each glance.

You realize you can exist without time, without air, for an eternity because in this moment, this is your forever.

Pain can’t reach you here, yet you know you can’t live the rest of your life in this moment. You realize that you have to let go and move forward, if you don’t the very thing you hold precious in your heart will eventually fade away.

Once it does your forever will collapse in front of you and all you will be left with is a memory.

A memory that will bring tears to your eyes and a smile to your face, each time you recall a single detail, you are left alone with a strange twist of sadness and happiness that lays just at the tip of your tongue.

Let it out and don’t hold back a single emotion, allow the world to feel as you do. Scream if you have to, cry if you must but realize that you are not broken, realize you will have forever again and welcome the world back into your life with new eyes.

Do not fear the moment where you feel like there is no air, remember that is being breathless and within it there lays a beauty waiting to be seen.

Omega Factor by John Henning

Take some time to walk outside of your own mind and into another, walk slowly and carefully; the mind that you step on might be your own.
