Our dreams
Teach us truth
While we sleep.
While we dream
We learn of Me
And
I
And
We
Of it and they and them,
And
Those
And
Why and where
And
How and when.
Our dreams know,
They know it all -
And
They whisper
Truth's secrets
To us
While we sleep -
When we're innocent
Mere bystanders -
Only observers.
But unbeknownst,
Protagonist - we
The major characters
In
Our lives
As well as
In
Our dreams.
In a word,
We visit Oz
Where a real wizard
Taunts and teases us
With truth,
And
Leads us on
To more
Of
The same
And
So we live
Ever with hope
And
Consternation.
