When?

How often

Have we

Total

Freedom of thought?

Do we not

Almost always

Think about

What we must?

Blank can

Be beautiful -

For fifteen minutes -

At least blank

Of guilt

Duty

Anxiety

Personal persuasion.

Mere blank

To be

Or to drift

Or to become

Or to have been -

Whatever,

Is ecstasy

Undeserved

Unobliged

Unrecognized

Without commitment -

Just there

For adventure's sake

Or happenstance.

Wide -eyed,

We observe,

Watch its happening

For us

Upon us

And wonder

At its charisma.

I enjoyed this one too and hey my mind goes blank at times like a page waiting to be filled or something.

Enjoyed this one, Addie. It's hard to think about nothing sometimes, but when you can...it's so relaxing. You really get a chance to gather yourself that way ;)

Visions of A Skylark Dressed in Black by Aberjhani

“The woman or man who is a poet, or fiction writer, or playwright, or all of these, is engaged constantly in a jazz ballet of vocabularies, passions, genders, histories, perspectives, death, love, and life. The music of revelation announces itself to
