Pray thee, pray not Upon me with hands Of sterling lust Biological essence of "to be". Leave me alone, alive But sterile, requiring yes Beyond mere all And bone and flesh. If no iota added be Of more than ash to ash And dust to dust. Call me not from isolation To the bed of procreation. Leave me insatiate, Though passion incarnate, Unappeased by love.
