Late in the afternoon, They punctuate my solitude Accentuate the amplitude Of My isolation. Always, it seems, There are signs, symbols Of my direct connection With some unseen reflection Of the introspection That rules Teaches and Confirms. The sound is haunting, The message is minor key Then Whenever, Wherever, I see with my ears The whole of me As hyperbole But reverently. Do mourning doves Live everywhere? Written by Addie W. Your best thing to do is to find a publisher and publish these poems into books for your mother. I think this is the place to post works of our own. Well, just my own opinion. Sorry if I had offended you.
