My cat, Pride, used to follow me everywhere like a dog would do, even when I go to the washroom, he would sit by the door waiting for me. He was just like a kid to me. He also slept in my bed with me, and I let him, because I know he was a clean kitty.

Too bad I have lost him a few months ago. He was diabetic, and I had been taken care of him daily with the proper diet and insulin injection all his life. I get that it was time for him to leave us, so I had no choice but to just let him go. I still miss my baby as to this date.

My daughter's kitty is now taking over Pride's place. She has sprung to action in comforting me! She sits and sleeps on the spots where Pride used to sit with me. It seems like she has adopted me to be her mommy. LOL!!! I hope my daughter is not getting jealous.

I had a dog such as Mylow, her name was Zoe. She died on me very suddenly. I am still dog-less. I guess I won't acquaire another one. I'm to the age where I could go out at any moment. I would hate to leve him along until someone wanted her.
