To you I write these words today

Saying what you mean to me

Daily, nightly, twenty-four seven

You make life Heaven indeed

Each day I wake one thought in mind

The thought of totally you

Until I hear your soft sweet voice

My daily life has a fuzzy view

Doing what life requires

Working on my daily list

One sure thing you need know

Listed first you are so I never forget

Each stop to rest or take a deep breath

I hear your voice; see your eyes, and a lovely smile

Without you my daily list I could not do

Just plain and simple “I Love You”

My list complete and put away

My day drawing to an end

Please remember my love

Without you it would never have began

Tommy, an excellent romantic write my friend. That’s one “Honey Do List” which she’ll always appreciate you remembering keeping her at the top of. Thanks for sharing it.

Tommy, you dear heart, can you imagine how many women reading this are dragging a man over and pointing, saying "do you feel this way?" and smiling (daring him to say NO)! hehe... what lovely words and thoughts these are... truly inspired poetry. Sigh.. You're very smart! (smile) katy xox.

Guess you are still so mistily starry-eyed that you sure do need a list to get you through your day, John! I think that's wonderful! But what's the betting that all you have on it are doodles of hearts, flowers and the repeatedly written name of your lady-love??!! May she know how blessed she is to still capture the heart and soul of her man in this way... but then, you must be telling her every waking moment anyway, so how could she forget?! Touching and soul-bearing, conveying sincere emotion. Love this honest tribute, thank you - happiness to you both always! Kate xx

Wonderful Tommy.
To put her on top of your list, showing her that there is nothing as important as her. A lucky woman!
All the best.

Tommy,

I agree with Eileen, wouldn't it be wonderful if we all made lists like this - of this value and importance. What a beautiful, and tender poem. Well done my friend. Well done.
