I walked out this morning in the fresh mountain air
Heart set in wonder at what I spied there
On top of the roof of my greenhouse
In the fresh fallen snow
Were twenty small birds bathing in the snow
They played and they fluttered and dived in and out
What a beautiful thing to start my day out
I watched them fly off in the glare of the sun
Knowing how magical this day had become
Just tiny and fragile yet could take the cold here
Made one of God's wonders seem ever so clear
On top of the roof of my greenhouse

What a beautiful thing to start my day out
It made me appreciate another cold day
To see twenty small birds at the dawn of the day
The scene is well set. Some of the phrasing seems a little simple, but it seems like that is what you were trying to do. The mixture of art and poetry really adds to the writing.
Fabulous images you portray TJ both in yur words and your photo's I love this one especially for the vision.
