Living Words

It was destiny
To fall in love
With written words
Embroidered by heaven
Swirling majestically
Woven in gold
Beckoning passionately
Asking persistently
Eluding your defenses
Slipping below radar
Settling its will
Allaying all fears
Stifling doubt
Captivating your heart
In a vice like grip
Salving the soul
Words spoken
Alive and host
In a loving heart
