While I believe in gently sharing love, I do not believe in any significance of the cross except as a torturer device or the use of bread and wine to symbolize body and blood. All wrong symbols of the Roman Catholic version of Christianity that makes very little sense. Why would anyone in their right mind, want to share eating the body and drinking the blood (symbolically) of someone they love?
But I will gladly share what I have with strangers and the downtrodden, because I can identify with their shuffling, I hope.
