Finally catching up but I'm sure glad I did. So short yet so sweet. You have a way of writing like that and then matching it with your illustrations.

Don't we always wish that we could all turn off the TV and ditch the cell phone and just dance.

But I don't see any partner so I'm thinking that he just danced off your art.

Magic is such an elusive word when misused. Here, magic is the ALL. Few words-- vibrations of multiple senses coalesce in making the male/female play of words and image so pronounced, yet so subtle for multiple interpretation. Loved this piece, Diana. Such power of persuasion. Kudos.

Energy.... yes, where we put it. Positive anything is better than negative nothing. When we greet a new morning, it's always best to embrace what a privilege it is to be alive. Being able to breathe, to cogitate, to still be drawn to creating and expressing, to enjoy good food, and to love. These are essential. Your digital painting has a unique synergy to it. The colors are pleasant. The right hand looks masculine. The left thumb is squished flat, the face is feminine, the musculature looks male. These elements (and others) create a mystery, as you effectively hide from the viewer whether the depiction is male or female. Thanks. Peace... rlc
