Excellent write, Anne. The older I get, the less I get “it.” However, life is too short to sleep through “it” so, I feel when my mind and body collapse from the lack of “it” I’ll get plenty of “it!”…lol. Exceptional work, Poet.
You had me going SO many places with that one...but I can relate to craving sleep (especially with three little alarm clocks that think 6:30am is get-up-and-play time).
