Hands from the past
reach forward stroking skin
that had remained untouched.
Lips brush across hungry lips,
skim down her throat,
linger over her swollen breasts
as they travel down her
quivering body.
He tastes of her essence,
stroking gently to bring
her to completion before
he covers her soft body
with his own.
The act of love so well
remembered begins anew,
with fingers buried in
fragrant hair, legs
entwined, soft words
whispered in her ear.
Arms lock around her
as the ecstasy wells up
within and explodes,
bringing the colors to
flash behind her eyes.
Eyes open and the hands
are gone, the room is empty,
the air gone cold.
Nothing remains.
Was he ever here at all?

Breathless, and... oh yes! Reckon he was there the first time - and lives on powerfully: never to be forgotten and yet to return! Beautiful descriptions here, Danielle. TY Kate xx
Oh, yes! I have had those sultry fantasies of a great love once here, and now gone. Sometimes, you can need so one too much! Very sensual and warm, with lots of vivid imagery! Love it!
