"Touch me" I whisper
in the candle-light
as your hands reach
out to me and caress
my heated skin
Fingers sliding,
exploring the curves
and shadows of my body
"Kiss me" I whisper
in the ear that I've
been nibbling on
Warm, wet lips
press against mine
as I savor your taste
flooding my senses
"Love me" I whisper
as I lay back against
satin-wrapped pillows
piled on the bed
Tongue traces swollen lips
as you lie atop me
Fingers fist in my hair
as you enter
Pleasure spirals up
and out as you move,
thrust within
Sweat glistens across
our skin
Deaf to everything
but our heartbeats in
a wild crescendo as
everything splinters
and we come apart...
"Touch me" I whisper
in the candle light
as we catch our breath
and you pull me to
your side
Your touch has been
more than the tantalizing
slide of your fingers
on my skin tonight
wow, you have a talent for taking the reader with you in your words... I don't know if it was your intention, but I like the line "sweat glistens across *our* skin" - it's not two separate people for that moment... they're one being... joined as it were... ;)
I'll say! I'm almost hyperventilating here! So sensitive - almost like the merest hint of a breath on the nape of your neck. The energy is absolutely electric. And the visual certainly endorses the general warmth and tone! I should think we're all basking in an afterglow afer this delicate beauty. TY LOL Kate xx

Well most people do not know that doctors are now touting the benefits of touch. A lovely exotic poem.
Wow wow wow....this is a truly beautiful piece of work that left my own senses reeling. The flow of words matched the flow of passion to a tee and the graphic lingered in the minds as the story unfolded.
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
