I'm just in a VERY pessimistic mood right now..forgive me
I see this place for what It is, letting no delusions near My garden’s full of snakes and beasts Lashing out it hate and fear The bitterness settles in my chest No matter how hard I push it back It’s clipped my wings, I’m grounded Helpless watching the vicious attack I want to bring the light in Let the sunshine through But you can’t make the blind see Can’t make a liar speak the truth The garden’s crumbling and fallen It’s beauty is fading away Where’s the kindness that used to linger? *How did everything wander astray?*

anywhere before. Didn't have them in Germany.
Disgusting things!!!!

Nothing to forgive Danielle. The Light is there within your own beautiful heart. And the Garden, which you have planted, will blossom in vivid colours for your beloved children. Your feathers will grow back and you will soar again!

Deep dark thoughts indeed Danielle and we all have them from time to time. You captured yours very cunningly and hopefully vented some of your pain and anger in the process. It is okay to be pessimistic at times that is part of a writers world as much as being optimistic. Our sads and our happy moods give us the fodder we need to put our thoughts to word. The trick is not to linger to long on the wrong side of the line. Hope you bounce back soon.
