Yes, to a great extent we are the masters of our own destiny. Although our plans don't always come to fruition in the way we would like, it is through our individual decisions that we chart our own course in life. I like the flow and rhyme of this piece. Very nicely done!

I really liked this one, I had to reread it several times and still it left me thinking and pondering the images you presented. Suzie you are so right though it is our own wishes, dreams and desires that mold the future not just of our own lifes but of those around us as well, as the fact that those around us also play a part in molding ours. Even this poem with reading it has momentarily adjusted my thought patterns of what is ahead. Thank you Suzie and may your wishes come true this holiday season and into the future.
