A poem about our basic selves. We are often caught up in forms and forget the real life emanating from all of us. We also never see ourselves as another sees us as a ‘thing’, a material being. When we point to a thing, we see something, and then if we point back to our own face, we see nothing… only what we remember, imagine etc. There is nothing to see but No-Thing-ness. We are truly Headless Beings, seeing from a limitless, all-embracing One Eye. So this poem is about reminding us of who we really are. Love, Suzie xoxox
In between moments Spaces and time Feels suspended In the mind
Who are we? Am I here? I don’t see my face looking back at you
From a distance, you see me Move much closer, what do you see? Particles and cells, motion excelled Speeds so quick without lenses No one could tell
Beyond any form Our true selves Our bodies' cloak, our soul rebels Seeking here, guiding fair Until we find only God standing there
poetic truths, nicely expressed...it is difficult to explain what energy looks like, we're all so programmed by the illusion of what humans are supposed to look like
This brings to mind a review I did the other day of someone's write (can't remember just who now)in which I stated that although I am aganostic, I think the real power of God and the true spirituality resides in each of us. Lovely uplifting write as always dear sweet Suzie...enjoyed.
Beautiful time-release poetry, Suzie...Our bodies cloak releases a good dose of spiritual medicine here...great metaphysical rejuvinator...uplifting and inspirational...mind-adjuster...be well...Blessed Be.

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
