Almost as beaut as your pic, love Rumi too.
Just read a great book by the Dalai Lama and scientists testing meditation results, astounding being a meditator myself, you wanna love the world..lol yet can see the reality in life.
You are so on the same wavelength.
Thank you for sharing Suzie! We never realize the trials of so many in similar situations as you depict in your fine poem! Being reminded we can at least offer prayer as a way of hoping for solutions.

There a lot of Aung San Suu Kyi's of the world fighting the noble cause against tyranny . . . Good stuff . . .
Again Suzie your international love and caring is strong and we can only hope that this and other poetry of this nature acts as an inspiration to others in power to take a closer look at political polices of oppression and tyrany.
