Not many dear den friends would know that walking is the biggest problem in my life... as i have MS, which I'm trying to heal from through alternative, natural means... spiritual ones too. It's a journey that's given me wings to fly and I wouldn't be who I am without having experienced it, experiencing, and slowly experiencing the release of it. I'm more vitality healthy now than ever, except the walking/balance 'problem'. This poem was written in a sadder moment.
These moments are very transitory... for the Sunshine fast returns!!
Thanks for sharing! xox :-D

How do I describe my heart?
When my life seems far apart
From mingling with many friends
With workmates, clients
And interesting bends

How do I feel my heart?
When I’m receiving help
I’m a lucky spark
My gratitude is a constant dart
That takes first seat
To my deeper heart

How do I live in this heart?
My own feelings are a luxury to impart
When others are doing for me
What a two-year-old could do easily
Like using their balance efficiently

It’s hard not to get real down
When under your smile
Can lay a frown
To show you’re very down
No-one need bother to bring in the clowns

The light at the tunnel is an on-coming train
When you think your life is really a pain
But feeling like this is a brief shame
Cause after the drought
Comes Sunshine and Rain

I felt this one alot-I have fibromyalgia which makes me feel the same as you described here and some days a part of me believes I am like everyone else and can go back to work, etc. and those are the most frustrating days because I am concentrating on what I no longer can do-that's when I feel down a bit, pick myself up, and start thinking of all the things I can do and get over myself, my pain, my rain. This was great to read, I feel less alone now. My blessings to you, Michelle

Louise Hay explains the MS inflection as: iron will, inflexibility, fear, and mental hardness (send yourself love to those areas of you :)...I had a dear school friend also with this disease. We were in the park one day and a man walking his German Shephard came by us. She reached out her hand to pet the dog, the man immediately asked her not to, stating his dog was not friendly to strangers..."Nonsence" she replied, "all dogs love me"!...the dog promptly bit her face.

Hugs and love Susan, I didn't know you suffered this. I'll hold my thoughts of you as loving, joyous, safe, and free.

Susan stay positive and conquer your fears with prayers. Obviously there will be rain after drought, light after darkness and solutions after problems. Let us hope that all shall go well with you dear sister.

You are right to express and share such feelings and the poetic form is already a victory against negativity. I feel that what you have learnt is very valuable and unfortunately not everyone is able to transform pain into knowledge and wisdom.

Walk a mile in my shoes is a common, but viable saying which, for the most part, goes unheeded by folks . . .

Indeed a slow debilitating disease that I pray you will conquer but if all your positive vibes fail, there are some good medicines out there which a friend of mine has taken and it has kept this disease from spreading further. God bless you and heal you.

The sadness and frustration that accompanies this terrible disease can seem all encompassing and I know Susan that it is only your pure heart and amazing strength that always brings back your smiles. Our hearts join with yours in hopes that you will continue to grow in love.

Suzie,

Just wanted you to know that your positiveness has been quite an inspiration in my life. Very few people have the gift to make others happy. What you have sacrificed at one end God has Blessed you with at the other. May You Always Share the Peace, Love and Blessings that were so generously given you. Always, Paul.

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
