Human life is more precious than oil and gold
Without this morality
Souls are sold
To the devil
Living backwards
To all ‘evil’
Live, spelt backwards
Free those people in Tibet
Around the world our hearts lament
A Cultural Genocide
They’ve endured
Their human rights
Are minuscule
Many have fled this dangerous home
Travelled far to find a zone
Where peace can rule
Their everyday
Freed from fear
No longer slaves
Of China’s harsh hand
They’ve taken a stand
With the Olympic Games brimming
The world’s on command
To do what’s right
For the innocent might
It’s time to stand up
To what’s before our sight
For some reason, greed and stupidity often walk hand in hand. Fortunately, there are people like you, who try to make things change and share their generous thoughts with us.
