How to curb our emotions? And yet express them too How to strike that ultimate balance? Making sense of everything we do How to live through the heart? When it can be torn in two How do we speak our truth? Without feelings going askew How do we even breathe? When there’s so much to do and see Where do we find the time? To simply, truly be I don’t know the answers To these great mysteries But All the wise masters Avoid these disasters By accepting life with glee
