Everyday life is the way There is no other better way Embrace every moment With all your might Establish the path On which you take flight Maintain the body Keep it strong Good health is our duty Makes the mind clear and strong Reality is here To see this is clear We are that reality It’s just you and me We’re nothing in reality Try to understand And, in being nothing We are everything All over the land
