Life is strange
A strange, strange pain
Living sometimes makes me feel like this
When people are cruel
And you don’t know what to do
No one wants you to make an issue
Why are people mean?
To gentle folk who seem
To hold all the cards on love
Why not learn
From them
Please yearn
Teach the ways of the dove
Embrace the lesson
That life sure beckons
Enhance living in the light of love
Turn on the light
Let darkness take fright
Fear is all alone lost at night
It’s not even real, fear the biggest tool
To set us off course, with false remorse
We must reach inside
Dismiss the need to hide
Find the spark that lets us live wide
Trust in a future
Create one that really suits you
Work painstakingly to live your truth
Eventually in time, you’ll be living your own rhyme
Flying in freedom, brushing wings with Life Divine
