We reveal our mind When we speak unkind Darkened thoughts not worth holding on to Question their essence Their pretense and presence Emitting a consequence diffused from divine All that we say Our hearts do portray Is it light or dark we wish to convey The state of our health Lies in our mind’s great wealth Let us speak words that brighten the day
