Sitting in contemplation
Sitting in deep, deep thought
Sitting in contemplation
Musing over all I’ve been taught
Unlearning all that’s not necessary
Confirming the treasures of worth
Letting go of the threads that can hamper me
Sowing love on lessons sprinkled with mirth
Our minds are a mind-field of goodness
The soil of happiness: our thoughts
Nourish and nurture the terrain with love-shine
Exceeding far beyond thoughts, we’re potential galore! ________(¯`v´¯)

Meditation. Able to change life. Sitting
comfortable with closed eyes...makes the restless

We should all be thankful for those like you Suzie who can see the sunny side of life, especially when there are some really bad storms coming at us. We need more "mind-fields" of goodness and fewer mine-fields of destruction. Thanks for the sunshine!
I like this very much, Suzie. I also had a deep conversation and soul searching with myself in October 2011 and came out of it a much better person, and able to see the roses where before I only saw bitterweeds.
