Seeing people with fresh new eyes Disburses built-up illusions that create a disguise No matter whether past or present in our lives Release any hurts that we’ve often over analysed Allow the present to shine anew And your sunshine will fill the hearts of those around you People will be grateful, people will be great Your enlivened presence all will appreciate

To me this is a poem about the blessing of forgiveness and how it affects the one who forgives. Excellent, Suzie.

I really like and appreciate your positive manner in this poem. Oft times we have have to step back and rethink what we have experienced with someone, and work a new attitude into our thinking. This is not always easy, but changing our thinking and seeing...can help us become more accepting and tolerant. Very nice poem...
