Dear fellow writers and friends,

Today marks a special occasion for me because today when I checked my stats I discovered that I have had over 200,000 hits on my work here at AD.  So I wanted to take this occasion, which to me is very special, to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I have never been one to reply to each and every review I get but that does not mean I do not appreciate them all and listen to all advice that is offered and appreciate each compliment as well.

I can’t begin to say how much I feel this place we share and all of you, who I share it with, mean to me. It is in my mind a family and though we may rent space from AD it is our hearts and souls that make this den the home that it is for all of us. I have made so many friends on line, people like George who when I couldn’t afford my fees came through for me, Kate who always brought the biggest warmth to me in her lovely charming English warmth, Tinka who I have shared troubles and life stories with, Cherry Pie, Shee the wild warrior, Lisa and the sisters Karen and Karla, Chanti, Alexandra , Monette who is always so honest in her reviews, Joseph, SC, the three Susan’s of the den and the list goes on and on and on right up to the newer members of our site like Jennave and Amber and of course my relatives such as my favorite cousins Rose with the wild Irish heart and her sister Lina. I know I haven’t named even half of those who I consider my friends and peers but to all of you thank you for knowing how much I do appreciate you all.

I have also lost good friends who moved on to bigger and better things or who passed away from this world but still left their mark on my own heart and soul and those of others here on the den. I have seen rising stars and crashing stars. I have laughed, cried, been proud and sometimes ashamed but always I am glad I found this place and have become a member of this elite family of artists.
