She Said He Said

I know of a quaint village that’s a true hide-a-way from time…

Now do you kind sir, but I’ll not fall for your line…

There’s a cozy sweet cottage on the sands of the shore…

That’s sounds lovely but I’m still just not sure…

There’s a fireplace cozy I could buy some Sangria wine…

Tempting so tempting but I think I’ve heard that old line…

I could play you some love songs on my old guitar…

Oh you’re making it tempting is this place very far?

We could go swimming naked at midnight in the wild ocean surf…

Oh that would be so cold afterwards I’d look like a blue smurf

Ah but then to warm up we could jump into our wee feather bed…

Okay, okay when do we leave baby…no more need be said!

Fee,
I like the way you structured each line. I enjoyed those sudden changes and they flowed beautifully. The mood was perfect, too. Hugs,
Sheila

An enchanting tug of words, Fee...who could resist a cottage by the sea, not me.

There’s a cozy sweet cottage, on the sands of the shore…

Both you and your cousin Rose are making me want to jump in my old truck, and head for my little cottage in the wood - right now. My dogs are ready to go; I guess I should take my spouse, too!

It really didn't take much convincing did it? That is what love is all about..the bantering the enticing and the consummation!!!

Much peace, love, and light, (I like this She Said, He Said!)
