For every moment I've ever been drawn closer to someone,
life has punished me.
The seeds of doubt
have been planted
every time I started to care.
For every peace I've ever known
The world has shown me
all the unrest that follows.
and for the freedom I enjoyed
has held me in contempt,
left me the pain of lost love to bear.
For every truth that can ever be sown
there are ten lies
already believed.

'For every moment I've ever been drawn closer to someone...' Dearest Pierre ... may you be rewarded for bravely drawing closer to someone each time! May you never give up ... giving, giving, giving some more!
May seeds of optimism bloom each time you care... may peace envelope you and therefore heal the world (the world is you, you are the world)... may your mind always be free despite the pain of lost love, despite it all... and may you keep living your truth, lies can't touch you there!
