Every moment we live,
is one more step toward our last.
Every smile we give,
is one more hope
that will fade and fall and crash.
Every kiss we steal,
is the beginning of the end
of a love,
The love we long so much to send.
Every joy we feel,
reaches out to the past
and begs to know the truth
behind the reasons we have lied.
Every hour we cry,
our tears comfort us
and harbor our forgiveness.

The ending last three lines is priceless and so true. Life is very short in a breath we could give it up. You tap the sourse to take each moment and live it to the fullest thank you for posting a beautiful and meaningful inspiring poem.
