In the grace of new love
we used to smile
now in the open arms of old fate we cry
Hate has us wondering all the while,
In our confusion
we lose sight of the way to try
to reach out for the good.

Truth is calling out
across the miles
on the wings of our freedom
to it we could fly
but we choose to succumb
to destiny and style
while in our comfort we lie.
Pretending tragedy can be withstood.

It's only by the grace
of nature that we live.
Bearing the weight
of the wheels of our progress
we will die.
only when forced to feel we give
just to believe were still alive.

To prove to ourselves
we knew we could,
but to ourselves we've lied.

When we succumb to the trials of life without feeling the tides that pull... is to live to defy our own needs. Push a little harder Pierre for your words are seeking support and strength to make life and love better. Listen to your heart ,then open it.
Your words are a call for change. Pay attention to your inner self.

Susan
