There's someone for everyone
but not someone who can see
the real difference
between the truth and a lie
that empty space
between the earth and sky
that separates the love in our hearts
from the tears in our eyes.

There's someone for everyone
but not for someone who knows
the fears in someone elses heart
before they come to be
the hours lost in lonliness
that even they can't see.

There's someone for everyone
except someone who feels
the forces that take our lives away
the terrible pain
that cries out from within us
hoping to make our souls pay.

There's someone for everyone
except someone who tries to understand
the power of the love and hope
we hold in our hearts and hands.

There's someone for everyone
except someone like me.

This poem is thinking that there's someone for everyone except someone like thee..You think too much sometimes Pierre.Let your negatives go...although they produce awesome, direct poetry. Imagine what you'll write whenever you do.The absolute depth of love in your heart will be a catalyst to compare both sides of the heart. You, my dearest friend will then become an enigma as you've lived in that blindside too.

Love,
Susan
