My eyes can no longer be blinded
looking through the eyes of those,

who, clouded by hate and disreguard
are yet shrouded by the rose,

that lines with it's multitudes
the road of selfish desire,

and blocks the paths
of true loves fire.

My hands can no longer be guided
by the ones who refuse to know,

that love and compassion should be foremost,
in a world where abuse, and neglect, and pain forever grow,

to stay the rights of unselfish minds
and steal the imagination of souls
who long for reaching higher.

My heart will forever be reminded
of it's fragility,

by the realization
it can only live in the limited space,

between the truth and the liberation
of all good lives misled,

that vanish,
without a trace.
