Recitation of optimism is the essence felt by all in your presence an act of utter prescience Plausible effervescence Brevity here, is the anomaly warded cares strewn to sea face the ribald ceaselessly Understated hyperbole Actions captured self-assure motives respondent seldom pure panacea a word - not a cure Energetically demure I expound upon the heathen flora I expound the glare of your aura I expound in each successive mora Hollow anaphora Meaning what and meaning less to some I bray, but soon digress find your mind within this mess Linguistic largess Copyright: Brian Pellerino 2005

I have to intone here.

I have been taking my vocabulary for a long walk and I thank those of you who've indulged me the trip. Contrary to how it may appear, I am not attempting to be high-brow or "Webster-hawking". I simply have a torrid love affair in process (for decades now) with the English language. I just love the way these words sound. Like "elucidate". MMMMM... Doesn't that sound yummy? I think I'll use it in another poem...

Anyway, thanks for reading and peace in all things!
