In the trembling hands of the artist a brush dips and chances a hue A stroke of hapless precision In the waiting eyes of the driven a spark dips and chances renew A flash of causeless revision In the stealing mind of the learned a thought dips and chances to rue A slash of silent incision In the gaping mouth of the maniac a life dips and chances eschew A blight of unified division Copyright: 2011 Brian Pellerino
