Too good to be true. . .no, that's not right. Your poetry is great because in addition to being a superlative craftsman and an acute observer, you have a way of going to the heart of truth!! Then you distill it and serve it in a way that makes it irresistible [sp-?]. Never too sweet or too tart. . .just can't praise your work enough.
Thank you for sharing your soaring talent. Gratefully, Phyllis

Indeed, it is the recurrence of the corrosive that sharpens our appetite for transformation, and the hunger gives recognition to the need. You can only be fed when you are aware of your poverty and lack, and, as such, it is the absolute JOY of the beneficient to give to overflowing to meet and satisfy such longing. Truly bountiful is this poem, in image, metaphor and lushness of writing. And gracious beyond measure its concepts and intent. Many blessings to you in this hallowed and heavenly month. May your literary abundance abound! :) Bless you, Kate xx

The uninvited brough laugh and music, howled their sorrow and fested with aromatic bread; they hadn't been invited but were welcomed.
A very strong and deep declaration that the poets is above words.

"The Poet-Angels Who Came to Dinner" shows a friendly heart ready to increase the size of the chain of togetherness ~ painted with the colors of the rainbow of love; and mingles gratitude and creativity in the circle of humanity.

FRIENDS ARE ALCHEMISTS THAT MAKE GOLD FROM THE FOAM OF WAVES ON THE SHORE OF THEIR GRACE, AND MAKE DIAMOND FROM CONDENSED VAPORS OF THE RAINBOW OF LOVE. FRIENDS ARE THE PILLARS OF PEACE.
– Andre Emmanuel Bendavi ben-YEHU

LES AMIS SONT DES ALCHIMISTES QUI FONT DE L'OR DE LA MOUSSE DE VAGUES SUR LE RIVAGE DE LEUR GRÂCE, ET FAIT LE DIAMANT DE VAPEURS CONCENTRÉ DE L'ARC-EN-CIEL D'AMOUR. OUI, LES AMIS SONT LES PILIERS DE PAIX. – Andre Emmanuel Bendavi ben-YEHU

My review does not justice to the poetic thoughts and displayed expressions of one who reveals and sees beyond the simplicity of words, you write, and you move the inner depth of one who can only express gratitude for having the opportunity to have viewed your work...

a poem of vision and love beyond .....

enjoyed and yes....

A feast of poetic grain which withers not, Aberjhani. The narrative forms part of a drama which probably could be enacted following a poor harvest, or at the beginning of every seven-year cycle in order to ensure that the next cycle is prosperous, in response of the Goddess upon which the abundance of the fields depends...rain, dew, and storms, THE POET-ANGELS WHO CAME TO DINNER, this national poetry month 2007 agriculture prospers as does good will to man...Blessed Be.

“Peace-Be-Still,” and, “As-Goes-Love-So-Goes-Life.”

Truly marvelous, Aberjhani, and a very happy Poetry Month to you.
