Sweet honey-colored prayers disguised
as unrepentant love songs float perfumed clouds
above unmapped territories emerging
from between the cracks of a flesh-and-spirit cosmos.

Forging masterworks out of unkind injustice.
Humming forth gold out of murdered treasures.
